"I ordered what was supposed to be a…"
I ordered what was supposed to be a genuine OEM door switch for my dryer, and it showed up after a few days. As far as I could tell, it matched the old one exactly. I installed it myself, which I wasn’t totally sure I’d be able to do, but the dryer is working again now. Straightforward overall, and I’d probably use them again if something else breaks

"Good experience, even with the wait"
I ordered a part for my older dryer and it ended up being on backorder, which I wasn’t too surprised by. What I appreciated was that they kept emailing me updates instead of leaving me wondering what was going on. Shipping did take a little while, but they were upfront about the timing, so it wasn’t a big deal. The part arrived well packed and fit just fine. Overall, I’m happy with how they handled everything and would recommend them if you’re not in a huge rush

I spent way too much time looking for this dryer part at two other places before finding it here. Kind of wish I’d just checked them first. The shipping was okay, not exactly fast, but it did show up and the part fit just fine. I’d use them again.

I accidentally ordered the wrong part and reached out for a refund. To be fair, they did return my money, but it took a few emails and more days than I expected. I’m glad I kept my order details and messages handy, because I definitely felt like I needed to follow up to make sure it didn’t get forgotten. Not a terrible experience, just slower and a little more annoying than it needed to be.

I ended up cancelling my order, and to be fair, they did refund me. It just took longer than I thought it would, though maybe I was expecting it too quickly. Support did get back to me, but the replies were kind of slow. Overall it was fine, I guess, just not the fastest process.

My dryer belt went out and I was expecting the usual runaround from customer service, so I didn’t have high hopes. But they had the right belt, got it installed, and the dryer was running again the same day. I’m still a little skeptical whenever I have to deal with support, but this actually went better than expected.

I was trying to find a washer part and applianceparts365.com actually had way more useful info than I expected. The pics, model numbers, and fitment notes made it a lot easier to figure out what I needed without just guessing lol.

I still checked it against my old part just to be safe, but matching it up was straightforward. Def nice when a site gives you the details upfront instead of making you dig around forever.
